Anusara Yoga
Anusara, in Sanskrit, means: "to move with the universal life force, to follow the heart".
Anusara Yoga is an evolved form of Hatha Yoga, in which non-dualistic tantric philosophy merges with universal principles of alignment. The principles of alignment are based on modern biomechanical findings and work not only on a physical level, but also on a mental-emotional and energetic level. Anusara teaches us to adjust physical postures (asanas) from within, to radiate our inner energy and allow it to flow freely through the body. The precise alignment of the postures and their transitions (Vinyasas) prevents injuries, helps to compensate for damaged postures and creates the basis for a steady and safe development.
Furthermore, Anusara emphasises the spiritual purpose of the practice of Yoga, the reconnection with our innate goodness, power and beauty, to express ourselves in all our divinity.

These contraindications are to be taken very seriously, as Hormonal Yoga really works and, if practised regularly, the effects are quickly noticeable.
